In this article, we present how innovative security monitoring techniques, in particular quantitative security assessment and vulnerability prediction, can be integrated into a practical security analytics platform that is properly configured and tailored to meet the needs of a particular software development company and better suit development workflows. This work can be used as a blueprint for creating similar security monitoring platforms.
This work was carried out in the context of the VM4SEC project.
